Customer Service Representative (20-24h)

Your role
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for the administrative processing of incoming and outgoing work orders and finished work pieces, and you will send our drivers on their way. You also draw up quotations and invoices and ensure that the order processing is always spick and span. In addition, you are the one who receives patients at the reception desk and answers the phone to customers. Finally, you will occasionally get in the car yourself to deliver work pieces to our customer. You will carry out these tasks together with a colleague.

What do you bring?
Accuracy and communication skills are important for this job. It is regularly quite hectic because we work with short delivery times, you keep your head cool at these times. We are looking for a colleague with a flexible attitude who is 100% committed and reliable for the department. Finally, you have an affinity with the dental industry and preferably have experience with it.

From our two state-of-the-art companies, we deliver high-quality dental products that are manufactured in close cooperation with our customers: dentists and patients. This is custom work with high precision that meets the critical aesthetic needs of the patient; a great challenge!
