Team leader/Coordinator Customer Service (full-time)

As Teamleader Customer Service you are responsible for supporting and coordinating the Customer Service department with the administrative processing of incoming and outgoing work orders, finished work pieces and keeping the stocks of raw materials and materials up to date. What will you be doing?

Your tasks will include:

  • Managing, instructing and motivating the employees of the Customer Service department for the Zutphen and Deventer branches.
  • Receiving, registering incoming work orders, entering data into the system and producing internal order forms;
  • Sorting out the incoming work to internal departments;
  • Answering customer questions by phone;
  • Taking stock of demands and wishes of customers;
  • Communicating prices and delivery times;
  • Answering and transferring incoming telephone calls;
  • Packing and addressing work pieces with care;
  • Sorting the packed work pieces into delivery routes for the drivers;
  • Promoting cooperation in the department;

What do you bring?

  • You have a MBO+ education (preferably in a commercial field)
  • Experience in dental technology is an advantage
  • You have leadership qualities and are able to support, coach and motivate a team.
  • You are proactive and problem solving
  • You are commercial and service oriented
  • You are accurate and stress resistant
  • You are available fulltime

We are looking for a colleague with a flexible attitude who is willing to give 100% and is reliable for the department.
TTL Zutphen will ensure that you master the tasks. If you have experience in dental technology that’s an advantage, but certainly not a must.
